Friday Five reign, grateful, soup, ghost, immune

Welcome to this week's Five Word Friday writing prompt. The challenge this week, should you choose to accept it, is to use the following five words: reign, grateful, soup, ghost, immune

Sister Mary Francis frowned at the girls who were whispering over their soup, but she supposed she really shouldn't be suprised. After all, it was hard to keep your mind on the reign on Queen Elizabeth the first when rumors of a ghost in the boarding school were circulating so widely. And, if she were to be honest with herself, even she wasn't immune to the tension in the air. But really, she scolded herself, there's no such things as ghosts! Or are there?

  1. I think Sister Mary Francis would be fantastic in a ghost story.

  2. I agree with Echo, she'd be great in a ghost story - or as the ghost even. :D
