Wednesday Weekly Blogging Challenge: My Celebrity Crushes

To be honest, I'm not all that up on today's celebrities, so I'm gonna do a twist (because I can) and let you know some of my earliest celebrity crushes. Here are the men I loved - in no particular order (and yes, I realize that many of these are going to date me):

I have to admit to being torn been Burt Ward as Robin and Adam West as Batman... I loved them both. But, by the merest margin, Robin wins the day (even though Batman had all the love interests...who didn't want to be Cat Woman?)

Even back in the day, I had a romantic streak, and I so wanted The Virginian and Betsy to get together (my sister and I used to quarrel about which one of us got to be "Betsy" every week... did anyone else do that or was that just something weird we did?

Ah.. Michael Landon as Little Joe. I have to say, this is one crush that lasted as long as he lived through all his different incarnations - Charles on Little House on the Prairie and Michael Smith on Highway to Heaven. Probably to a lesser extent his movie roles, especially I was a Teenage Werewolf... probably started my love of the supernatural (along with Barnabas Collins and Dark Shadows!)

Robert Fuller was just so darn cute... 'nuff said.

I credit Roger Moore for being a huge part of my being a not-so-closeted Anglophile... I love a British accent. Definitely swoon-worthy. As a side note, he is also my favorite James Bond.

One of my best friends growing up always preferred Mr. Spock, but I was Team Kirk all the way!

It was fun taking a walk down memory lane and revisiting these crushes...thanks for the opportunity, Long and Short Reviews! What about you? Who are some of your crushes from now or from in the past?
