Wednesday Weekly Blogging Challenge: Things I'm Thankful For

Thanksgiving is coming up soon and during this time of year, my heart naturally turns to things I've thankful for. None of these are particular new or unusual, but they are what comes to my mind these days.

The first thing I'm thankful for is my family. For my husband, who supports me in everything I do. For my children who have grown to be wonderful adults. For my grandchildren who fill my heart with love, even though I don't get to see them nearly often enough.

I'm also thankful for my job... I've met wonderful people and consider my business partner one of my best friends. I'm forever grateful that she, all those many years ago, said, "I have an idea..." I really enjoy it (well, except for the 4 AM getting up part (yawn) :-)

For this thing called the Internet-- because of it, I can keep up with family even though they live hundreds of miles away. I have met some awesome friends. Like anything, it can be used for bad but there are so many good aspects to it.

I'm thankful for my health. I look around at friends here and people I know from the Internet and we are incredibly blessed. I will never ever take that for granted.

I'm actually even thankful that fall is finally here (even though I'm a huge summer fan... it was just too hot, too long this year!)

If you are taking the time to read this, I'm thankful for you too :-) Thanks for stopping by!

I'm thankful we're friends. <3 Good list!

Ditto :-)

Guess that makes me thankful for the internet, too, since without it we never would have known each other!
I'm glad you're getting fall weather...because we skipped it and went right to snow! I'm hoping the highway is clear so I can get the Husbeast to work this morning :D
