This week’s words are: flood, chorus, pollution, sacred, childish
There was a flood of childish complaints from the chorus members. Sister Mary Francis felt like fleeing the chapel with her hands covering her ears.
"Girls, did you know that noise pollution is a real thing?" She had to raise her voice to be heard above all the grumbling. "'O Sacred Head, Surrounded' may not have as much appeal as Taylor Swift's 'Anti-hero' but it is still the anthem we are presenting this week, so we will go over it until we all know our parts. So... let's take it again from measure 14...altos, you are still flat."
LOL...I do love Sister Mary Francis. And those darn altos, always making trouble.
ReplyDeleteHah, the return of Sister Mary Francis! :D Can't blame them though, I rather like Taylor Swift. LOL
