Spirituality and the divine, in today’s world, seem like very impressive words coming from some “heaven” or outer space.
When the world talks about de-stressing, awareness, improving one’s basic lifestyle, veganism, or calorie counting, you are actually following the status trends of today.
The most fundamental element of the “individual” as a “Living Being” is completely ignored.
In the endeavor to simply bring to each and every individual across the entire world the reality of his or her own existence, I would like to talk about “Connectivity.”
Oceans and mountains are crossed over simply with a phone call or an email, but this is connectivity with the outside world.
What about your own connectivity with your own self?
If I may ask a simple question — What are the things you like the most in this world?
You may name several things depending on your individual choices, but how long would it take you to name yourself?
This is the reality: we have not identified ourselves.
When you are engrossed in the day-to-day living, you are so much outwardly entangled that you often fail to even talk for a second with yourself.
Connecting with yourself in the early hours of the day or at any single moment of your day gives you energy for the entire day.
