This year I'm all about my health. Eating healthier, moving more, just being the best me I can be. My husband bought me a FitBit for Christmas, and I'm loving it. It reminds me to get up and move, and it also lets me know how I'm doing on the sleep field...something I've very happy about. Most importantly, it will track my laps when I swim (come on summer!!)
