Wednesday Blogging Challenge: My Goals for 2020



Welcome to the brand new 2020 edition of the Wednesday Blogging Challenge! You can see this year's topics at the end of the post.

This year I'm all about my health. Eating healthier, moving more, just being the best me I can be. My husband bought me a FitBit for Christmas, and I'm loving it. It reminds me to get up and move, and it also lets me know how I'm doing on the sleep field...something I've very happy about. Most importantly, it will track my laps when I swim (come on summer!!)

  2. Great goal. I have a Garmin watch and I love that it reminds me to move, gives me the health data and keeps me honest about how much I've walked. :-) You're going to rock this.

  5. Every year I choose a word to describe my focus. This year is live, get out more, do more of the stuff I used to before being an author took over my entire life. :D I have a Fitbit too. Have you joined into any groups that run challenges yet? Those are fun, gives you someone to compete against.
