Booking It Thursday

The reverse of last week’s question:

Imagine that everything is going just swimmingly. The sun is shining, the birds are singing, and all’s right with the world. You’re practically bouncing from health and have money in your pocket. The kids are playing and laughing, the puppy is chewing in the cutest possible manner on an officially-sanctioned chew toy, and in between moments of laughter for pure joy, you pick up a book to read . . .

What is it?

When everything is going great, it doesn't much matter what I read. Unlike Marianne it's seldom I revisit an old favorite. Not if there's something new to read. Right now, I'm reading A Breath of Snow and Ashes (Outlander), the last book (so far). Lianne turned me on to this series and now I can't wait for her to catch up so we can talk about what's been going on!

Not that I've had a lot of time for reading. I've been working diligently on LASR (go read a wonderful interview with M.G. Braden and don't forget there a lots of chances to win a free e-book from M.G. or a free autographed book from Jill Monroe) :-)

Also, don't forget the new Yahoo group we formed to discuss romance stories and authors. Come and join us for what promises to be a fun group.

And, the day wouldn't be complete with the obligatory test to see just how much alike Marianne and I are alike.

You Are a Strawberry Margarita

You're so sweet it's a little overwhelming, and people are a little afraid of corrupting you...
It's a little difficult to imagine you with a margarita. And you're truly a different person after you've kicked back a couple!

Okay :-)

  1. Hi Judy! Thanks for visiting my blog! It is definitely easier to read at a happier moment because there are so many books to choose from, but of course have to depend on our reading moods.

Hope you have a great day!
