The teacher looked out over her class, her toes tapping on the floor. She stifled a sigh as the students attempted to discover the import of the brackets she had included in the maze puzzle. The moral of the story? Don't overestimate the intelligence of a teenager.

  1. My brain automatically read "underestimate" and I couldn't figure out why you'd write it that way... because, IMHO, you shouldn't underestimate a teen (at least when they're trying to figure out something that matters to them...not schoolwork, lol).

    Still wondering about the art from last week. Just saying.

  3. Yep, I taught high school art. The kids were more inventive than I ever thought possible. They'll find those brackets. :-)
