It is no secret that one of my favorite movies is The Princess Bride - and it is chockful of absolutely wonderful quotes. So.. for your viewing pleasure - enjoy:
IMHO the most quotable movie of all time. Good choices. Though with 2020 being ::gestures around:: 2020, I've found myself quoting "I've just sucked one year of your life away. How does that make you feel? And... be honest. It's for posterity." ...a bit more often than I'm comfortable with.
I got to pet an ROUS in the park one day. I was walking while my daughter had her tennis lesson and a nice lady had two capybaras with her. Sweet critters and so cute.
After my friends kept teasing me, I finally sat down and watched the Princess Bride last weekend for the first time. Loved the movie. Remember all the quotes you listed. THanks for sharing. I think I am still the only human being on the planet who hasn't seen this movie!!!
ReplyDeleteOh, how I love The Princess Bride. You're making me want to rewatch it.
ReplyDeleteAlso, did you and Marianne plan to talk about the same film? :)
Always have fun storming the castle. :-)

ReplyDeletePeggy... you must watch "The Princess Bride". It's silly, but truly amazing. And, hands down, the most quoteable movie ever.
ReplyDeleteLove the video, Judy!!
