Hello and thank you to all the readers who have stopped by to learn at little more about me and my work. I have been asked to share a little about the view outside the window of my writing space. Well, I honestly don’t have a set place that I write in. My writing space is any quiet, secluded area that I can find to escape into the worlds in my head. But today as I write this post I am in Germany sitting at the dining room table in a friend’s house, so this is my writing space for the time being. The view outside of my window is absolutely breathtaking and I added a picture for you all to see. I am surrounded by crystal blue skies and a large expanse of trees and greenery. I can see beautifully crafted houses that look like they sprang from the pages of a fairytale. It is so quiet and peaceful here that I sometimes wonder if people actually live in the houses. The architecture here is so beautiful and true to its historical roots that I can almost imagine an 18th century hero and heroine running through the town, lost in each other’s eyes, laughing merrily as they go. I will admit that sometimes the view can be very distracting. When faced with such beautiful surroundings sometimes it can be hard not to get lost in it instead of writing. I really do wish you all could be here with me. So what does it look like outside your window? Is there snow falling, causing you to curl up next to the fire with a good book? I’d love to hear from you so please leave a comment. Well that’s all she wrote. About the Author:
Raised in Charlotte NC, G.S. Carr has always enjoyed indulging in her imagination. At a very young age she had a thirst for reading and the many possibilities it helped come alive in her mind’s eye. She consumed books like they were the air she needed to survive. It seemed inevitable that her love of reading would transcend into a desire to create her own stories. She began writing poetry and stories at the age of 10. By the time she was thirteen she found her passion in the romance genre and has not looked back ever since.
