We saw an interesting sight in the yard the other day. A turtle, but not just any turtle.
We have regular turtles all the time, but this is the first time I ever remember seeing a soft-shelled turtle.
We've gotten Marianne's rain....and it's supposed to rain the rest of the week. BUT....they've had bad weather down around St. George Island and Apalachicola all weekend, so I've heard, so it's just as well we didn't go down there. All things worked out well.

We get giant turtles around here. Snapping turtles that scare the bajeezus out of me. Stay dry!!
