Still a Hold-out

So far so good. I'm still able to get into Old Blogger. Thanks to my pal, Uisce (who is hosting an unofficial contest for "Last Blog Standing," the powers that be have figured out I'm still a holdout. I was under the mistaken idea that this was an optional switch. I'm sure there are new features that I will probably enjoy, but it's the principal of the thing, ya know?

Anyway, tomorrow is Valentine's Day and I have got to go shopping this evening after we get finished with work. Also, I have to do some shopping for this month's mini-swap. I know WHAT to get, now it's just a matter of picking it up and getting it in the mail by Thursday. I need to pick up something for Bob and Mama.... everyone else is getting... well, I won't tell, because Bekah reads the blog and I don't want to spoil anything (Hi, Bekah!!)

I hope everyone has a happy Tuesday. We're expecting rain today, so I'm hoping we get a lot done before it gets here! We have two jobs to finish in a town about 20 miles away... and one tentatively scheduled here in town for tomorrow. It might have to be put off until Thursday. Oh, well... Bob goes stir-crazy when he doesn't have something to do, so busy is good.

How about you? How do you feel when there's nothing to do?

  1. my template tester blogger blog was just switched the other day, much to my grumbles.

When there is nothing to do I somehow feel very peaceful. That means I have completed everything I HAD to do- Which is rare lol

I don't mind not having anything to do. That's what all the recorded movies & TV shows are for. :) Not to mention books!

  4. I can't imagine having nothing to do. I always have something, even if it's reading or writing or cross-stitching or doing a puzzle or running around the house with DD or weeding or brushing the dog...

    Well, you get the idea.

Nothing to do? Please. There's always something.

  5. I'm a hold out too. How are you hanging in there? Now every time I try to post, I have to trick blogger into letting me in. *sigh*
