Fridays Feast 130

Friday's "In the News":

Man Bites Dog. No joke. It really happened.

Now, for even more bizarre things (like my life) here is today's Friday's Feast.

Appetizer - Have you been sick yet this winter? If so, what did you come down with? Knock on wood, we've not really been what one might call

"sick" this winter. A couple of winters ago, Bob had pneumonia, I had the flu and then a severe respiratory infection, but this year all I've been bothered with is

allergies (which have come a couple of months early 'cause we have had really bizarre weather.

Soup - What colors dominate your closet? While we work, I wear blue jeans and various tops. For my dressy clothes though (when I get the

chance to wear them) it's black all the way. I'll have to dress up one day and show y'all that I really can look like a girl and not just a

.

Salad - How would you describe your personal "comfort zone"? I'm not really sure what this question means. As far as personal space, it's

probably closer than most people. I felt very comfortable in Brazil, where the personal zones are very close... I think that's the same for most Latin countries. As far

as things I feel comfortable doing... as long as Bob is with me, I'm fine :-) Now.... I do NOT like talking in front of an audience. When I have to talk, my brain

disconnects from my lips. That's one reason I'm a writer... I think my fingers and brain are directly connected. When I write, sometimes I don't know what I'm going

to write until it shows up on the screen in front of me. I guess it's a good thing I'm a fairly fast typer, huh?

Main Course - On which reality show would you really like to be a contestant? None of them. I'd rather get my fifteen minutes of fame through my

writing. I don't watch them, either.

Dessert - Which holiday would you consider to be your favorite? Christmas, without a doubt. Just read back at all my posts before Christmas and

you will see that ;-)

  7. Hi. Sorry for the late visit. I'm glad you didn't get sick this winter. Good health is really something to be grateful for.

I like black too 'coz you can never go wrong with that color.

Same here, I'm not comfortable talking to an audience. I'd rather write.

I love Christmas time too because it's a lovely season of joy and caring.

    Thanks for dropping by.
