It's Still Wednesday

It's late... well, late for me... but we had a full day scheduled today and I didn't have time to blog this morning. One of my goals is to post every day. I might not do more than say "hello and good night" but at least there will be a post.

Came across this at Rachel's and come to find out that I was born in:

The Year Of The Ram

1919, 1931, 1943, 1955, 1967, 1979, 1991, 2003

People born in the Year of Ram are elegant and highly accomplished in the arts. They seem to be, at first glance, better off than those born in the zodiac's other years. But Ram year people are often shy, pessimistic, and puzzled about life. They are usually deeply religious, yet timid by nature. Sometimes clumsy in speech, they are always passionate about what they do and what they believe in. Ram people never have to worry about having the best in life for their abilities make money for them, and they are able to enjoy the creature comforts that they like. Ram people are wise, gentle, and compassionate. They are compatible with Rabbits, Pigs, and Horses.

I like the idea of being accomplished in the arts... writing counts, right? I don't know about being shy or pessimistic, but being a blonde I'm often puzzled about all kinds of things. I'm definitely clumsy in speech... that's one reason I write. I'd rather write letters than talk on the phone and making a speech... give me a good dose of Valium before I have to do THAT. I don't know what I'll do if I DO get published and book tours and speaking engagements are arranged (guess I don't have to worry about that til it happens, huh?)

I did find a site that took the worry out of making resolutions though!

In the year 2007 I resolve to:
Not strip for free anymore.

Get your resolution here.

And the whole world stands up and applauds that particular resolution!

Oooh, my resolution was to take pictures in locker rooms.....I think I like it! But how am I supposed to get into the locker rooms?

Judy, thanks for the visit and for answering the question. He does know the name of the mother, but not where she is (it was 65 years ago, too, so she is probably dead).

Being born in the Year of the Ram and being an Aries at the same time does make you a 'Double Ram' ... now that's interesting. What a coincidence, I'm also an Aries.

I also prefer to write rather than speak in public. Back in college, I enjoyed writing my thesis but I wasn't fond of defending my work in front of a panel. But thank goodness I survived that. :)

I like that funny resolution. I'll give it a try later.

In the year 2007 I resolve to:
Learn how to read.

Well as I can already do that it should be an easy year for me...woo hoo!
