Today's question comes courtesy of Blog Fodder.
Tell us about somebody who has changed your life, even if just a little bit.
This special somebody would have to be my husband. He changed my life completely. He made me hope again, showed me it was possible to have an relationship that didn't include fighting, or giving in so there wouldn't be a fight. He makes me feel beautiful, even when I don't have on any make-up! With him, I'm an equal partner, not a second-class citizen. He's truly the love of my life... I just wish I hadn't waited so long to find him. I know, though, that things happen when they are supposed to... so, even if sometimes I wish Bob had been my first love, I'm very thankful he is my last love.

ReplyDeleteOooh, this is wonderful. It sounds like you are truly lucky to have met such a man, and to have him in your life. I'm very happy for you.
ReplyDeleteThanks for participating this week!
That was so sweet. I was married before to, to my first love. It is so different this time around. Mostly because I've learned so much more about myself during those so called "wasted years." So much so that they weren't such a waste afterall for without them - I'd never would have known that "this guy's the one!"
ReplyDeleteWhat a wonderful tribute to your husband. You're very blessed to have a relationship secured by love.
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing.
